RETURNS:
All items are specifically customized and printed for you and are final sale. Additionally, we are unable to change an item once it has gone into production. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations, nor do we offer returns or refunds on our merchandise. This includes orders placed as gifts or during the holidays. We thank you for understanding this policy!
EXCHANGES:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. In the unlikely situation that your product is damaged or incorrect, please see below for our policy regarding its replacement.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT ORDERS / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Damaged, incorrect or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If we are not contacted within 7 days of delivery, we cannot guarantee replacement of the item.
If you receive damaged merchandise, an incorrect order or a defective item, please allow us to resolve the issue. We sincerely apologize and want to ensure you get the correct item as quickly as possible and in great condition! Communicate with us via our “Contact Us” page.
Please include your name, the order #, e-mail used when the order was placed and photos of the damaged, incorrect or defective item with "damaged, incorrect or defective" in the subject. Also, please specify the:
1. damage or issue we need to address, (i.e. what you ordered vs. what you received),
2. type of garment (i.e. t-shirt or hoodie),
3. design (i.e. message on apparel if applicable to the defect),
4. color,
5. size
This will allow us to efficiently process a replacement order for you!
